We want every event to be safe and stress-free. Here's what to know before booking.
Payment in full is expected at the time of delivery and setup. A refundable damage/cleaning deposit is also required and returned when all items come back in good condition.
A minimum 24-hour notice is required to cancel. Cancellations due to weather are exempt from this policy.
We reserve the right to cancel due to severe weather. If weather prevents service, we'll reschedule without penalty. Rain dates are set at booking.
Client supervision and safety of all guests in contact with rented items is the client's responsibility. All renters must sign a liability release upon delivery.
All items are delivered clean and inspected. Renters must confirm receipt and inspect for existing damage at delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition.
